THE MSM BUSINESS CYCLE
I remember when I started my first business ten years ago, and how I was focused completely on "the sale". The only thing I cared about was selling my products as often as I could. For that reason my main goal each day was to focus on selling. Nothing else in between.

It’s easy to get caught up in the day to day stuff, forgetting about the bigger picture of your business. If you stop for a second and take a step back, you’ll start to notice that there are some flaws… you’re probably investing too much time in certain things and not enough time in others.
To the left, you’ll see the “MSM Cycle”… basically, it’s broken down into three parts, Make, Sell, and Market. Then, in each of those parts you can see that there are specific action steps you need to take.
Once you see everything from a bigger picture sense, you start to realize that your tasks need to be divided up in order to complete the full cycle and move forward in your business. Try to focus your time more equally and with more intention on these parts.
